Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will be an integral part of the sales team, contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. The role involves a combination of strategic planning, relationship building, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value propositions.
  • Customize sales pitches to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Address client concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure successful delivery of products or services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer use with extensive knowledge of using systems, like POS and ERP systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in selling ICT-related services.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and present them in a compelling manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with proficient negotiation techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and work effectively in a team.
