We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Creator/Digital Marketing Intern to help bring our brand story to life through high-quality video content and impactful digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production & Editing:
   • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
   • Use advanced video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to produce polished videos.
   • Add creative animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video storytelling.
   • Stay updated on trends and suggest innovative video ideas to engage our target audience.
2. Content Creation:
   • Create complementary multimedia content (e.g., graphics, short-form videos, and posts) aligned with our campaigns.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with Nugsoft’s branding and goals.
3. Social Media Management:
   • Develop, schedule, and post content across social media channels.
   • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages to build a loyal community.
   • Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
   • Produce platform-optimized graphics and video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
   • Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
   • Manage live video events, reels, or behind-the-scenes footage to increase audience engagement.
4. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
   • Support video-centric ad campaigns, including YouTube Ads and Instagram Stories.
   • Assist with marketing strategies that integrate video as a key component of storytelling.
5. Research & Innovation:
   • Stay ahead of industry trends, video tools, and creative techniques.
   • Brainstorm and pitch fresh ideas for video content that resonate with Nugsoft’s audience.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with minimally a certificate in Film, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphics and video production plus editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects knowledge is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of filming techniques, including lighting and sound.
• Familiarity with optimizing videos for various social media platforms.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
