EPRC Makerere

The Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC) at Makerere University is Uganda’s leading think tank for economic research and policy analysis. We developed a comprehensive digital platform that transformed their research dissemination and stakeholder engagement.

• Research Database: Built a searchable repository for over 500 research publications
• Interactive Data Visualizations: Created dynamic charts and graphs for economic indicators
• Policy Tracker: Developed a real-time policy monitoring dashboard
• Events Management: Integrated calendar and registration system for conferences and workshops
• Multi-language Support: Implemented English and Swahili interfaces

Challenge:

EPRC needed to modernize their digital presence to better serve policymakers, researchers, and the public. Their previous system made it difficult to access and analyze research data effectively.
